This is the second time we have used Paul, first was for patio stones and he did a great job. Our dog is allowed full access to downstairs and after 2 years you could see the carpets needed a bit of TLC, Paul did a great job and the dog also made a fuss of him! Will definitely use Paul again as and when required and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any type of surface cleaning

The communication with Paul was excellent, prompt reply to my e mails. Gave him my room dimensions and came back with 3 quotes, depending on which clean you choose. Having 8 grandchildren our carpet got quite grubby over the last few years. Paul was confident that he would get all the marks and stains out. Hour and half later we were extremely pleased with the result. He was very knowledgeable and a professional clean was the result. Paul has done a fantastic job with getting our carpet cleaned, sanitised and protected. I was supper thrilled to be able to use the room immediately after he had finished it, he’s literally left the carpet dry which is what I wanted as I was concerned that with time I might get mould from having it wet for too long. He’s quickly responded to my emails and was punctual. Fantastic job done by a great person!

I contacted Home Clean Direct to clean all of the carpets in a rented property before handing it back to the landlord. The service was outstanding and Paul really took the time to ensure he got the best end result. Having lived in the property for 7+ years, its fair to say I didn't have high hopes for the once cream carpets being returned to their former glory, but they now look amazing. I would highly recommend Home Clean Direct to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We chose the basic package which was a very competitive price. You can’t go wrong with Paul. He’s friendly, on time and gets the job done. Highly recommended.

Very quick to respond to initial enquiry for a quote. Once agreed, visit date confirmed promptly. Turned up when he said he would (reminder day before). Job was to clean my L shaped sofa. Great job. 10 times cleaner than before. Spent a lot of time over it. Only downside was that it took far longer than the 4 hrs quoted to dry thoroughly, but probably not helped by time of year done. Highly recommend.

Friendly, very professional and on time. Our 5 year old suite has come up just like new! Paul checked the material make-up of our suite first to see whether water or chemical cleaning should be used. Minimum of disruption and everything left tidy.

I couldn't believe how well the carpets turned out. I was considering replacing them, they were so bad, but now, they look as good as new. Even a lounge carpet which was heavily stained, and which I thought was a right off. I wish I had done this years ago, it makes such a difference to the whole house. And really great value too. Paul came to clean our lounge/dining room carpet last week, he removed a large stain and left it looking like new!! Unfortunately we had a downstairs leak a few days later which ruined half our lounge carpet, Paul moved his work around that day to come and resolve it before it was to late and he did an amazing job! One thing I was pleasantly surprised about was the lack of a really strong chemical smell....other than cleaner, slightly damp carpets...you wouldn't know they had been done which is great. Thoroughly recommend based on service, results and competitive price.
