Very quick to respond to initial enquiry for a quote. Once agreed, visit date confirmed promptly. Turned up when he said he would (reminder day before). Job was to clean my L shaped sofa. Great job. 10 times cleaner than before. Spent a lot of time over it. Only downside was that it took far longer than the 4 hrs quoted to dry thoroughly, but probably not helped by time of year done. Highly recommend.

I messaged Paul when I had spilt dark purple nail varnish all over my new light grey carpet! He advised it’s not guaranteed that he can get it off and was upfront about the process and the cost. What an amazing transformation in my carpets! I was considering replacing them all but the cost was too much, but I never thought that cleaning them would bring them up so well. My oven was disgusting... I thought the fan was naturally black, it turns out its silver !! Paul did an amazing job, my oven looks better than when it was put in new! Which was 4 years ago. Very professional, tidy and honest. I have booked him in for November. �

Cleaned my mum's combination oven/microwave today & was very honest that he may not be able to get it as clean as he would like. It did have several years of accumulated food staining. Mum was very pleased with the results & is going to have him back to do her sofa's. Nice guy & would recommend.

Paul has given my carpet a much needed clean and has managed to completely remove old and new stains. Having used a regular carpet cleaner for years (but he retired!) I am so pleased to find someone new that I can trust to do an amazing job. Very professional, efficient and friendly - can't recommend him more highly! Oh and he charges less than I used to pay!

After cheekily asking Paul quite late to fit an oven clean in before moving house, I had a reply within a very short time of sending my message and he was more than happy to fit me in.
